At Meruelo Media, I ran digital operations for four major L.A. radio stations, leading a team of 18 people and producing content that generated 250 million video views. We launched many viral campaigns, built partnerships with brands like Apple Music and Hennessy, and transformed traditional radio into digital media brands. Power 106 grew to 2.32 million YouTube subscribers, making us the second-largest radio station globally on the platform. After 12 years in entertainment, I moved to United Way to lead their communications and content strategy, where we increased online donations by 40% within eight months and grew their social following by 15%. Whether developing brand partnerships for entertainment properties or building donor engagement strategies for nonprofits, my approach stays consistent: start with clear objectives, understand the audience, develop creative that connects the two, and optimize based on what's working.
